Account Deletion Request

At REALTOG Media Corporation, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you would like to permanently delete your REALTOG account, you may submit a request using the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request permanent deletion of your REALTOG account and associated data, please send an email from the email address associated with your account to:

sales@realtog.com

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your REALTOG account

  • A short message requesting account deletion

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

Once your request is verified and processed:

  • Your REALTOG account will be permanently deleted

  • Your account information and profile data will be removed from our systems

  • Any stored images or project data associated with your account will be permanently deleted

This process is irreversible.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

Data Retention Exceptions

Certain information may be retained for a limited period when required for:

  • Legal obligations

  • Fraud prevention

  • Payment processing records (via Stripe)

Any retained data will be securely stored and deleted once retention requirements are satisfied.
