REALTOG Media Corporation (“REALTOG”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the REALTOG mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

a. Personal Information

When you create an account or make a purchase, we may collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Billing information (handled securely through Stripe)

b. Photos & Media

REALTOG requires access to your camera and photo library in order to:

  • Capture property listing photos

  • Process, enhance, and store your images temporarily

All photos uploaded to REALTOG are stored for 2 weeks, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.

c. Usage Data

We may collect non-identifying usage information such as:

  • Device type

  • Operating system

  • Interactions within the app

  • Crash logs and performance data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and improve the REALTOG app

  • Process and deliver enhanced photos

  • Manage payments and subscriptions

  • Communicate with you regarding support or updates

  • Maintain app security and prevent misuse

We do not sell your personal information or photos.

3. Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payments within REALTOG are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider.
REALTOG does not store your full credit card details.

4. Photo Storage & Deletion

  • All uploaded photos are temporarily stored for processing.

  • Photos are retained for 14 days (2 weeks) to allow re-download or reprocessing if needed.

  • After 14 days, all photos are automatically deleted from our servers.

  • You may also request manual deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share information only in the following limited cases:

  • Service Providers: Trusted vendors such as Stripe who assist in operations

  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or government request

  • Protection: To detect or prevent fraud or security issues

We never share photos or personal information for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission

  • Secure storage

  • Access control and authentication systems

While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal information

  • Request corrections

  • Request deletion

  • Withdraw consent

  • Request information about how your data is used
